Marco Costaguta

Marco plays a key role in the Agri-FoodTech investment decisions.
Prior to Praesidium, Marco founded and was Chairman of Long Term Partners, a management advisory boutique sold to OC&C in 2019. Before that, he worked as a senior partner of Bain&Co. from 1989 to 2012, co-founded Bain in Italy and held the position of Member of the Global Board of Bain&Co. from 1997 to 2000. He started his career in consulting at McKinsey.
He also endorsed various positions in several companies such as: the advisory Council of Trilantic Europe, Board of ERG, San Quirico, Only The Brave, Remorchiatory Riuniti S.p.A., Fine Foods S.p.A., Antares Vision S.r.l, Eurotech S.p.A and Messagerie Italiane S.p.A.
He holds a BA’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from Instead.
