Alexander Klemm
Alexander is Executive Chairman of Clairfield International, a global mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance advisory firm, and is responsible for the group’s strategic direction and chairing the board of directors.
In his international career he held senior management positions and client roles in various banks, including Hauck & Aufhäuser, JP Morgan Cazenove, UBS/SBC Warburg and Deutsche Bank. He is a trusted advisor to large corporates, investors and (family) business owners alike. He has helped take companies public and go through transformational M&A as well as succession processes, in various industries.
Alexander has held non-executive and non-profit positions. He actively supports a number of charities. He also engages in corporate investment opportunities and supports start-ups.
PhD in Finance at Freie Universität Berlin, MBA Columbia University, B.Sc. in Economics and Politics from Bristol University.
