Our History
Praesidium is a Luxembourg-based fully regulated AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager), founded in 2016 by a group of highly experienced European and American professionals from Private Equity, Consulting and Banking.
We have created a Club of entrepreneurial families, family offices and institutional investors for whom we provide access to exceptional investment opportunities in Private Equity and Venture Capital, predominantly in North America.
